Terms of Service

Welcome to Kurti Ghar. By accessing our website or purchasing products from us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. General Information

Kurti Ghar is an online ethnic-wear store offering kurtis, kurta sets and related fashion products. We reserve the right to update our products, prices, offers and website content without prior notice. Changes will not affect orders already accepted, except where required by law or agreed with the customer.

2. Product Information

  • We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, prices, sizes and images.
  • Product colours may vary slightly due to lighting, photography and screen settings.
  • Customers are advised to check the product description, size chart and fabric details before ordering.
  • Product availability is subject to stock.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All product prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • Applicable taxes and shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout.
  • All orders must be prepaid. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
  • Customers can pay securely using available UPI and debit/credit card payment options at checkout.
  • Orders will be processed after successful payment confirmation.

4. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

Once an order is placed, customers will receive confirmation through the contact details provided. Cancellation requests must be made before the order is dispatched. Once dispatched, orders generally cannot be cancelled, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Kurti Ghar may cancel an order due to stock unavailability, payment issues or other valid operational reasons. Any payment collected for an order cancelled by Kurti Ghar will be refunded.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines depend on the customer's location and shipping partner. Any estimated delivery date is an estimate and may be affected by courier delays, weather, holidays or other circumstances. Customers must provide accurate shipping addresses and contact details.

6. Returns & Refunds

Kurti Ghar generally accepts returns only for products that arrive defective, damaged, incorrect or otherwise qualify for a remedy under applicable consumer law. We do not ordinarily accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges based solely on personal preference, colour preference or an incorrectly selected size. 7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information and not misuse our website, content or services.

8. Intellectual Property

All original Kurti Ghar branding, logos, website content, photographs and designs are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. They may not be copied or used commercially without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Kurti Ghar is not responsible for losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
